About

Mission alignment, written plainly.

M&W Foundation is an information hub for a prototype-first humanitarian model. The Foundation raises micro donations and works in partnership with GlobalSync Foundation so that effective, affordable medical tools can reach people who cannot wait for a commercial product.

Who we are

A foundation for early, honest work.

M&W Foundation raises micro donations of one dollar to one hundred thousand dollars to fund research and development, prototypes, and proof-of-concept field trials for humanitarian medical solutions.

MD-HUB LLC is a specialized prototyping and small-scale manufacturing entity. MD-HUB partners with GlobalSync Foundation to design, prototype, and deploy innovative medical and health solutions for underserved populations in developing nations.

The shared goal is to deliver effective, affordable tools that improve health outcomes where commercial products are unavailable or unaffordable.

How the work is judged

Transparency

Donations have a job.

Funds pay for R&D, donated prototypes, and field trials. Materials and shipping are reimbursed by donation receipt. Hardware and labor on donated devices are not charged.

Proof first

Scale follows evidence.

Small batches of 10 to 50 units are deployed before anyone is asked to fund mass production.

Partnership

GlobalSync in the field.

Field networks, fundraising platforms, and later-stage campaigns sit with GlobalSync Foundation.

Dignity

Stories require consent.

Outcome data and anonymized stories or photographs are collected only with consent.

Core concept and flow

Start small. Prove impact. Scale with evidence.

Seed and prototype

Fund the first device.

GlobalSync Foundation raises modest donations to fund MD-HUB expert consulting in design, engineering, and training. MD-HUB donates finished prototype devices. Materials and shipping are reimbursed via donation receipt only.

Proof of concept

Put ten to fifty units in the field.

Small batches are deployed through GlobalSync networks in target countries. Field feedback, basic outcome data, and anonymized stories or photographs with consent are collected.

Scale and impact

Then ask for larger campaigns.

Demonstrated efficacy enables GlobalSync to launch larger fundraising. Funds support a continued donation model or scaled production with FDA-registered partners. MD-HUB provides ongoing IP licensing, design updates, and training.
